Fine-Align is the leading UK on site laser measurement and in-situ machining company providing specialist engineering services to the marine and industrial sectors all over the world. From the outset we identified the need for fast, accurate and cost effective service. Manpower

Each of our engineers has served a recognised apprenticeship in a related industry and is fully trained in the use of "state of the art" laser measurement and in-situ machining techniques. Our engineers understand fully the complexities and consequences of the work being undertaken, and their site analysis is both detailed and clearly communicated to ensure customer requirements are met exactly.

Machinery

To maintain high accuracy, portable machine tools must have the capability to match the precise laser measurement. To achieve this, we design and manufacture all our own machines. Through our experience, we have built into our machines a high degree of versatility, ensuring fast set-ups and high productivity.

Measurement

We hold the largest range of portable laser measurement equipment and fixtures available to a service organisation in the UK. German, American and Swedish laser systems are utilised, these can be mobilised to our world-wide customer base at short notice.

Springer Marine + Industrie Service GmbH epoxy resin chocking products, including Epocast Products 36®, formulated to provide an alternative to steel chocks for marine propulsion and deck machinery. Fine-Align’s distribution area covers the UK and Ireland.
